Data Isolation & Row Level Security
Fitstinct is built with strict database Row Level Security (RLS). Every single query is verified against your authenticated token at the database level. Your personal activity logs, notes, and profile details cannot be read, updated, or deleted by any other user.
Encryption in Transit & at Rest
All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted using modern TLS cryptographic protocols. Your data at rest is stored in enterprise-grade encrypted cloud storage.
No Dark Patterns or Algorithmic Shame
Fitstinct does not use punitive notifications or algorithmic vanity metrics. Our habit engine includes mindful safeguards (such as intentional restoration tokens) that recognize recovery and rest as vital parts of sustainable health.
Data Ownership & Account Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your records. You can modify or delete individual activity sessions directly in your activity hub at any time. When you request full account deletion via support@fitstinct.studio, our database cascading policies immediately and permanently remove your user profile, all logged activities, and restoration records.
