Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Our Commitment to Your Privacy
Fitstinct is built around personal movement consistency. We believe your exercise and activity habits are personal to you. We do not sell your personal data or sell advertising based on your movement history.
2. Information We Collect
When you register for Fitstinct Personal, we collect:
- Account Information: Your email address and authentication credentials.
- Activity Logs: The activity types, dates, durations, and session notes you choose to log.
- Technical Data: Your browser type, time zone setting, and essential session identifiers needed to maintain secure login.
3. How Your Data Is Stored and Protected
Your data is stored in our secure hosted database with PostgreSQL Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. This ensures your activity records are accessible only by your authenticated account. Unauthenticated users and other athletes cannot query or access your logs.
4. Analytics, Performance & Session Recording
To improve usability, identify technical errors, and optimize navigation, we utilize Microsoft Clarity. Clarity captures behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and anonymized session playback.
Privacy Protection & Masking: Sensitive data protection is strictly enforced. Form inputs (including authentication credentials, personal session notes, athlete names, and workout details) are masked using Clarity masking attributes and default redactions so that confidential information and credentials are never captured in recordings.
You can learn more about how Microsoft collects and uses data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can manage or opt out of Microsoft advertising and analytics tracking at Microsoft Privacy Choice.
5. Data Ownership & Deletion
You maintain full ownership of your records. You can delete any activity at any time through the Fitstinct Personal activity hub. You can also request complete account and data deletion by contacting us.
6. Contact Us
